Soft signs for Down syndrome, also known as trisomy 21 can include enlarged brain ventricles, deformities in nasal bone, an increased thickness of the nuchal fold, a small bright point on the heart, abnormality of the aortic arch, a bowel that appears white, mild kidney swelling, shortening of the femur bones.
