A personalised strengthening programme that helps new moms to regain core and pelvic stability, with ample yin and restorative practices to nurture and nourish body and mind back to pre-pregnancy; tips and techniques to help balancing self care and caring for a newborn will be included as well.

Available in a 4 and 6 x 30 minute session package, this programme is the perfect balance between Yin and Yang, with enough conditioning to promote recovery and skilful rest to promote restoration; self care tools and tips will be covered. Trial session available as well.
This program is for those who have just given birth. Individuals should receive clearance from their OB-GYN prior to any physical activities.
