Yoga for Post-Pregnancy is a personalized strengthening program that helps new moms regain core and pelvic stability, with ample yin and restorative practices to nurture and nourish body and mind back to pre-pregnancy. Tips and techniques to help balance self-care and caring for a newborn will be included as well.

Available in a 4 and 6 x 30 minute session package, this program is the perfect balance between Yin and Yang, with enough conditioning for recovery and skilful rest to promote restoration. Self-care tools and tips will be covered. A trial session is available as well.
This program is for those who have just given birth. Individuals should receive clearance from their OBGYN prior to any physical activities.
