Yoga for Pregnancy - Third Trimester is an individualized program with gentle movements as focus, helping moms-to-be stay active while pain management techniques and other tools will be included to ensure a safe journey ahead.

Available in a 5 and 8 x 45 minute session package, based on the comfort level and activity level of each individual, this program will cover breath-centric movements, and meditation and mindfulness practices will be included. A trial session is available as well.
