An individualised programme with gentle movements as focus, helping mom-to-be stay active while pain management techniques and other tools will be included to ensure the safe journey ahead.
Available in a 5 and 8 x 45 minute session package, based on the comfort level and activity level of each individual, this programme will cover breath centric movements, meditation and mindfulness practices will be included as well. Trial session available as well.
This program is for those who are in the third trimester of their pregnancy.
