Sound familiar?

It was never “just irregular periods.”

For most women the cycle is the first clue, but PMOS is a whole-body condition. These belong on the same list, and none of them are your fault.

Ticking a few? You're not being dramatic. You don't need to wait until you're “planning for a baby” to deserve answers. You need one visit.

One root cause

Different symptoms.
Same story.

PCOSPMOS

The cycles, the skin, the hair, the weight, the energy: they look like separate problems. Very often they are one condition, hiding in plain sight.

Doctors call it PMOS now, the new name for PCOS. The name is the least interesting part.

The interesting part is that it is checkable. An ultrasound, the right labs, and an OBGYN who connects the dots can turn years of “is this normal?” into a clear answer, in about one visit.

Ultrasound + labs, one visit
In plain language

A written summary after every visit.

The end of “siguro” and the start of actually knowing.

  • Ultrasound and labs in as few trips as possible
  • An OBGYN who explains, not lectures
  • A written summary you can re-read at home, calmly

Let's not waste your time

This is for the woman who's done waiting.

It's built for you if

  • Your cycles have been irregular, missing or unpredictable for months
  • You've been told “just lose weight” or “come back when you want kids” and left with no plan
  • You suspect PMOS from your own research and want it checked properly, not by a comment section
  • You already have a diagnosis and want a real plan and people who follow through

It's not for you if

  • You might be pregnant. A missed period can be more than one thing; come in for the right care first
  • You're under 18. Diagnosis works differently for teens, and our doctors will guide you and your parent properly
  • You're in severe pain right now. That needs urgent care today, not a scheduled package
  • You want a one-visit miracle. PMOS is lifelong and manageable: we do plans, not promises
One package, everything in it

What it takes to know.

No “inquire for pricing.” No tiers to decode. No surprise add-ons at the counter. One OBGYN-led package at our BGC Serendra clinic, and you leave with your results in plain language, in writing.

No five-minute consults

The most common complaint we hear about PMOS care is being rushed. Your time with the doctor is protected, and your questions get answered before you leave.

📝

Written summary, every visit

You leave with your results and plan in plain language, in writing. No decoding lab printouts alone at midnight.

The question nobody asks

“Nobody ever asked
how I was actually feeling.”

Global guidance says PMOS care should look at mental well-being, not only cycles and lab values. This package is the diagnostic half: the ultrasound, the labs, and a doctor who explains them. If the other half is what you need, Kindred sees patients for that too.

Questions

Asked all the time. Gladly answered.

What is PMOS, and why did the name change?
PMOS stands for Polyendocrine Metabolic Ovarian Syndrome, the new global name for PCOS announced in May 2026. The diagnosis itself did not change. The name did, because "polycystic" wrongly suggested cysts and made a whole-body hormones-and-metabolism condition sound like an ovary problem.
Is PMOS curable?
It is lifelong, and it is very manageable: cycles, skin, energy and long-term health can all genuinely improve with the right plan. "Not curable" is not the same as "nothing works", and giving up quietly is the most common and most preventable outcome. That is exactly why this package pairs the tests with two consultations rather than leaving you with a printout.
Will this affect having kids someday?
PMOS is one of the most common reasons cycles do not cooperate when you are trying to conceive, and it is also one of the most workable. Whether a baby is the goal this year, someday or never, your doctor builds the plan around your answer, and it is allowed to change.
What if my results come back normal?
Then you will know, properly, and your doctor keeps looking for what actually explains your symptoms instead of waving you off. Ruling PMOS out with real data is just as valuable as ruling it in.
Do I need to prepare anything?
The sugar-response test needs fasting beforehand, and our team briefs you on exactly how long when you book. Bring any past lab results or ultrasounds if you have them — they help your doctor see the trend, not just the snapshot.
I was already diagnosed somewhere else. Is this still for me?
Yes. Many women arrive with a years-old diagnosis and no plan. Your doctor can rebuild the picture with current data, update what has changed, and set out what to do next.
Is it private?
Completely. Your consultations, results and records are handled discreetly, and nothing about your care is shared with anyone.

You've waited long enough.

Ultrasound, labs, and a doctor who listens. You will know more after one visit than after another year of wondering.

P.S. Skimmed to the bottom? Here it is. Irregular cycles, stubborn breakouts, weight that won't move and thinning hair often share one checkable root cause. Kindred checks it properly with an ultrasound, the right labs and two OBGYN consultations, and the results come to you in writing.

P.P.S. Know someone whose group chat is basically a PMOS support thread? Send her this. She deserves better than guessing.

Package prices and inclusions are read from the Kindred catalogue and shown inclusive of VAT; while the packages are pre-launch the figures come from the BGC Serendra SKU launch sheet and must be confirmed before publishing. The PMOS rename (May 2026) is factual and the diagnostic criteria are unchanged. This page is general information, not a substitute for a medical consultation, and a doctor decides what is appropriate for you. Kindred connects women with licensed doctors and healthcare providers.
