Where is Kindred clinic located and what are your operating hours?
Kindred Health clinic is located on the 2nd Floor of Serendra Mall, Bonifacio Global City (BGC), Taguig, Metro Manila.
We are open Friday to Tuesday, from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Closed on Wednesdays and Thursdays).
We also offer select services virtually so we can still provide personalized, holistic healthcare no matter where you are.
Please note that clinic hours may change on public holidays — check the Kindred Instagram to stay updated on clinic schedules.
Do you accept walk-in patients at Kindred BGC?
Yes, we accept walk-in patients for consultations at our Serendra BGC clinic. However, we strongly recommend booking an appointment online via our website to guarantee your preferred doctor's time slot and avoid long wait times.
Do you offer the HPV vaccine at Kindred?
Yes, Kindred offers the Gardasil 9-valent HPV vaccine with doctor consultation included. The HPV vaccine is recommended for individuals aged 9 to 25, but those aged 26 and older can consult with our doctors to determine if the vaccine is right for them.
Can I book an online consultation with a Kindred doctor?
Yes, Kindred offers online virtual consultations for OB-GYN and mental health services like Psychiatry and Psychology, allowing you to speak with a doctor from anywhere in the Philippines.
Does Kindred accept HMO or health insurance?
We are currently not affiliated with any HMOs, but rest assured, we are working towards providing you with HMO options in the near future. In the meantime, you can claim reimbursement from your HMO provider—we provide official receipts free of charge and medical certificates (P550) upon request.
