⭐️ (3) 60-minute Psychology Consultations
⭐️ The Initial Sessions are for initial discussion on the patient’s background, current concerns, therapy goals, and treatment plan to establish the foundation of their mental health journey. This also serves as foundational basis of the clinician on the length of counseling (for non-pathologic cases) and psychotherapy (for pathologic cases) for patients.
⭐️ The Psychology Consultations are for a deeper exploration of the underlying causes of mental health challenges experienced by an individual with the goal of fostering self-awareness, healing, and the development of effective coping strategies.
