The Confidence Program consists of 12 x 60-minute sessions, in which the Life Coach and client work hand-in-hand in goal setting, strategizing, and reprogramming beliefs for enhanced self-confidence.
Ideal for women between the ages of 25–45 who are interested in developing their identities through self-improvement and self-growth with a clear focus on an issue or barrier that is holding them back. Women who want to reinvent themselves with confidence, rediscover their passions, or are going through life or career transitions may also find a safe space in this Personal Development Program.

Our first physical clinic is located at Unit C224 | C226, 2/F Serendra Mall, BGC. We also offer our services virtually so we can still provide personalized, holistic healthcare no matter where you are.
