Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV) causes an infection of the lungs and respiratory tract. In older adults and healthy children, RSV symptoms are mild and typically mimic the common cold, but can cause severe infection in those immunocompromised, or those with diabetes, hypertension, obesity, or with heart, liver, kidney, or lung disease.
The RSV Vaccine is also recommended in pregnancy so mothers can pass protection against RSV to their newborn baby up to 6 months.

VALIDITY: 6 months
NOTE: Vaccine administration fee is already included in the price. Patients are required to bring a valid prescription on the day they get their vaccine administered.
We offer vaccine and consult bundles that already include a consultation with one of our licensed General Practitioners. This variant will grant you access to a vaccine prescription. For those that have an existing prescription, please select the vaccine-only variant.
As with any vaccine, some side effects include redness, swelling, and soreness in the location where you received your RSV Vaccine. As well as tiredness, body aches, fever, nausea ,or diarrhea after receiving the RSV Vaccine.
Most side effects are mild and dissipate within a few days after your shot.
A prescription is required for this vaccine, you may book a consultation bundle along with your vaccination.
Please note: We do not recommend the RSV vaccine to those with:
- An allergy to any of the following: tromethamine, romethamine hydrochloride, sucrose, mannitol, polysorbate 80, sodium chloride.
- History of Guillain Barre Syndrome
- History of anaphylaxis or allergic reaction to other vaccines
