SCHEDULE: Once you've booked, our Care Managers will reach out to you up to 48 hours after order confirmation for your consultation schedule. Please wait for a message in the email address you have provided! For urgent concerns, please prioritize a visit to the Emergency Room.
The validity period for claiming your order is 6 months. Kindred reserves the right to cancel orders unclaimed within this period.
Examination may vary depending on patient’s symptoms.
1️⃣ For ear concerns: The doctor may use an otoscope to check for any issues or if there’s a fluid in your eardrum.
2️⃣ For nose concerns: A topical decongestant may be sprayed into your nose before the examination. Doctor will examine the nose’s function, airway resistance, and occasionally sense of smell.
3️⃣ For throat concerns: Remove any dentures before examination. Patient must provide the doctor any history of alcohol or tobacco use. The doctor will inspect the mouth, tongue, tonsils, and other surrounding structures.
*Do not attempt to dislodge any impacted foreign body on the ears, or nose prior to consultation.

Our first physical clinic is located at Unit C224 | C226, 2/F Serendra Mall, BGC. We also offer our services virtually so we can still provide personalized, holistic healthcare no matter where you are.
