Yoga for Pregnancy - Second Trimester is an individualized program with the emphasis on building strength and pelvic stability. Tools to navigate pain and discomfort arising from the growing bump will also be included.

Available in a 5 and 8 x 45 minute session package, this programme will cover yoga conditioning and gentle vinyasa practices; self care tools and tips will be covered. Trial session available as well.
