An individualised programme with the emphasis on building strength and pelvic stability, tools to navigate pain and discomfort arising from the growing bump will also be included.
Available in a 5 and 8 x 45 minute session package, this programme will cover yoga conditioning and gentle vinyasa practices; self care tools and tips will be covered. Trial session available as well.
This program is for those who are in the second trimester of their pregnancy.
