With the many demands placed on women from our society, this bespoke self care programme aims to inspire one to find the balance of effort and ease, and to prioritise longevity and wellbeing - health is wealth.

Available in a 4 and 6 x 45 minute session package, based on the activity level of each individual, this programme will aim to spark Yin in Yang, Yang in Yin - making functional movements fun for those who are in need of more Yang, making rests more purposeful for those who are in need of more Yin; self care tools and tips will be covered. Trial session available as well.
This program is for those who want to work on their balance and maintain an exercise routine.
