Yoga for Weight Management is a mindfulness-based program that promotes healthy living for lifestyle and weight management.

Available in a 4 and 6 x 45 minute session package, this program will focus on dynamic practices to motivate individuals to enjoy a more active lifestyle. Journaling techniques and mindfulness practices will be provided. A trial session is available as well.
This program is for those who want to work on their weight management concerns with a yoga instructor.
